This course introduces the
students to the various principles and theories governing public
administration, emphasizing its importance in the daily activities not only in
public employment, but as well as those in the private sector. The course will
also enhance comprehensive understanding of the various principles and theories
of public administration among students which are significant to their roles as
leaders, individual employees and their relation with co-employees and as part
of an organization taking into consideration greater opportunities in
introducing and helping social changes and advancement.
