This course aims to develop student’s skills with regards to the
ever-changing world of computers. It will look at
the relationship between hardware and software on the PC
platform, describe and differentiate among secondary storage devices, input/output
devices, and the basic functions used in the Microsoft
Windows operating system environment. There will be an introduction to Windows,
word processing, digital graphics, spreadsheets, presentation application communication and
web use.
