Lecture: This course deals with the principles of heredity and variation; its application in plant and animal breeding, and problems involved in it. It also includes biometrical treatment of qualitative and quantitative characteristics of both plants and animals.
Lab: This course deals with exercise on chromosomal basis of inheritance, structure of genetic material and Mendelian and Non-Mendelian inheritance.
