This course deals on various steps in the formulation of an educational
plan/strategic plan for institutions of higher learning in the public sector.
This is a valuable course to planners, managers, and academic administrators in
the formulation of a long -and short - term strategic plan of institution. This
presents the mechanism in undertaking the actual evaluation of programs and
projects, and the strategic plan itself; the publication and dissemination of
the study results; and updating the plan based on the study results.
