This course introduces the students to a deeper understanding of the dynamics of human behavior in the context of organization. It opens doors to the various relationships one can find, build, and experience within an organization and how these relationships affect people's behavior. The topical discussions in this course include the relationship of management and organizational behavior, organizational settings, role of the manager, individual and group behavior in organization, organizational processes and structures, and organizational performance.
