Resource Management delves with different theories and concepts in the
enhancement and advancement of human resources in an organization. The main
objective is to impart learners with adequate knowledge of planning,
organizing, developing and retaining human resource in the field of industrial
technology. At the end of the course, the learners are expected to apply and
impart knowledge, concepts, theories, and legal practices of human resource
management.
