Post-harvest Handling and Seed Technology Course deals
on how to implement post-harvest handling activities of both durable and perishable
crops, and on how to save, prepare and store agricultural seeds. Furthermore,
the students shall learn about the proper wearing of Personal Protective
Equipment (PPE) necessary in maintaining standard requirements and procedures
of post-harvest operations. Likewise, understanding the equal importance of
Occupational Health and Safety hazard and Risk requirements of post-harvest
operations.
