The scope of this study covers the etiology of delinquent and criminal behavior and the factors that causes juvenile delinquency; prevention and control of teenage crimes, influence of home, school, church and community on delinquency; influence of government; sports and youth development programs in character building; the value of recreational in every cities, town, barrio and municipality for the use of youth; establishment of counselling and guidance clinics for the police juvenile control activities, study of juvenile courts, probation service, correctional rehabilitation practices, study of Peace and Order Council.
