This course deals with the administration and supervision of personnel
study of personnel problems on particular areas like salary and compensation
structure, types of salary schedules, appraisal of personnel, such as
retention, promotion, transfer, separation, legal provision and cases, fringe
benefits, eligibility and retirement.
